Searching,
wondering, wishing
God, yes–you
are so real, so close
No doubt, no
trouble–simple joy.
So many years
have passed as I
“Seek the
Kingdom” by anticipating
Step 2 -
Companion.
1, 2, 5, 10, 12
years have passed
I look around
and wonder
Has my heart
become hardened?
Is my soul
filled with fear?
Do I run from
the one you choose for me?
Anticipation,
discernment, rest, trust
I desire to
break through
Simple interest
in the connection
Completing the
two into one,
Yet, I still
wait.
Today, I awake
to something new
“She Walks
Away”
I realize, in
the twinkling of an eye,
Creator...becomes
my companion and
Community
becomes realized
So long I have
waited for “her”,
Yet, so long
you have been waiting too!
So, here I am
my Lord
The years have
evolved and
We have become
true companions.
In that moment
of understanding
Community is
realized for
Love alive
becomes
Love shared,
Life lived.
So,
She Walks
Away, and
I find rest.
My soul
experiences repose
Life lived
Fulfillment–thank
you.
