This is the West,
Man
When legend gives
way to fact–print the legend!
Is it courage
which enables a man to live under a falsehood
which gives him success or is it fear?
Fear of sinking
into nothingness or of receiving bitter rebuke?
...or courage which denies himself and decides to live with the guilt
for the betterment of the people???
Jesus...were you
legend or fact?
Did you live with courage or in fear?
God,
Is it time to
tell the truth; the FACT? or
Let the legend
live on?
Me, you, we all
live often with that choice in one or more areas of our lives.
Often,
we choose FACT and hurt someone terribly in order that we can relieve
our guilt!
Or justify our confrontation as an attempt to heal our inner self.
Courage, denies
self and considers LOVE first!
If the legend
allows them to live in peace, struggle within your self,
Wrestle and confront...truth shall set you free, not
necessarily the “others” in your live.
Confront,
reflect, then go forth in peace...loving your “neighbor”.
